" I recently encountered a major problem with my home PC whilst trying to install a wireless extension from Netgear. Not being very computer literate nor technically minded (even the amount of wires managed to confuse me!), clearly attempting to install this myself was clearly a big mistake!

In a complete muddle, and with my computer by this time in a seemingly locked/frozen state, I realised I required professional help. From a local advertisement I came across Martin Milnes and I can honestly say its the best thing that could have ever happened! Not only was the initial problem promptly resolved by Martin, with the new router installed correctly but other previous problems I had been experiencing for some months were resolved too! I cannot recommend Martin highly enough for the knowledgable, prompt and efficient service he provided me. Thanks again Martin. "
